Shipping from our San Diego warehouse
Packages shipped from San Diego use either the USPS (United States Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service).
USPS
Packages shipped by the United States Postal Service go without insurance. Once the package leaves our warehouse, the USPS assumes liability for delivering it safely. HMarket is not responsible for the delay or loss of your package, and we will not issue replacements or refunds for items lost during shipping. Claims and complaints should go to the USPS.
UPS
Packages shipped by UPS include tracking and insurance as part of the shipping cost. If one of these packages does not reach its destination, HMarket will replace, reship, or refund your order.
Disclaimers
Limitation of Liability
If you choose a shipping method without tracking and insurance when a shipping method with tracking and insurance is available, you recognize the risks of the shipping method and agree to waive your right to claim non-arrival in the event that the package does not reach its destination. These shipping methods include, but are not limited to Basic Airmail and USPS.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
When placing an international order, you become the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of your destination country. You are responsible for understanding the local import regulations of the shipping address on your order, which may be subject to taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the local government. You are responsible for bearing these charges, as HMarket has no control over them, nor can we predict them. Policies vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information. Clearing customs may also cause delays beyond our original delivery estimate.
Return Policy
You can return or exchange most merchandise. If the items are still clean, and in like-new condition, we can set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for you. If you need to make a return because we made a mistake, we’ll pay for the return shipping. Otherwise, we’ll ask you to pay for it.
